PromptCash ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you visit https://promptcash.lovable.app, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your personal information. By using this site you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you provide directly — for example, the email address you use to contact us. We do not require account creation to read articles.
- Information collected automatically — pages viewed, time on page, browser type, operating system, device type, approximate geographic location (from IP), and referring URL. This is collected via standard server logs and analytics tools.
- Information from third parties — Google AdSense and affiliate networks may share aggregate, non-identifying information with us about ad performance and conversions.
How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve PromptCash
- Understand which content readers find most useful
- Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- Serve relevant advertising via Google AdSense
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not build personal advertising profiles ourselves.

PromptCash contains affiliate links, including links to our flagship product, PDF Vault. When you click an affiliate link a cookie may be set so the merchant can credit us if you make a qualifying purchase. There is no additional cost to you. See our Disclaimer for details.
Third-party services
We rely on the following service providers, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Cloudflare and our hosting provider — site delivery and security
- Google AdSense and Google Analytics — advertising and analytics
- Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — managed database and storage
- Affiliate platforms such as Gumroad — commission tracking
Data retention
Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Analytics data is retained for up to 26 months in line with Google Analytics defaults. Email correspondence is retained as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records.
Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Data portability — receive a copy of your data in machine-readable form
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (CCPA)
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Children's privacy
PromptCash is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your information may be processed in the United States, the European Union, or other countries where our service providers operate. We rely on standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards where required.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage or via a banner for at least 14 days.
